Damaged / wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order details and photos.
  • We will arrange replacement or refund where applicable.

Returns (if accepted)

Returns may be accepted in certain cases. Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer (unless we made a mistake).
  • We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Bank processing time can take a few business days.
